O sleeping mind you need to wake up,
Open your ears open your eyes and take up,
Lift off to the Heavenly Stations
Where life came from, and all of creation,
You don't want to be trapped in death,
So let go of your body and take a deep breath,
Do not let desires disturb you,
Else they take control and they reserve you
Clear the mind and the let the light inside
Let the One who made you be your Guide
